It's Cory Chase here, and I'm so excited to share my favorite way to stay fit and healthy. I absolutely love working out and getting my sweat on - and I'm not afraid to admit that I love to do it in the buff!
My go-to routine includes a combination of strength training and cardio to keep my body toned and my energy levels up. I start off my session with some simple bodyweight exercises like squats and lunges to get my heart rate up, then move onto some free weights to target my biceps, triceps, and core. I also like to do some Pilates-style moves to help improve my flexibility, as well as some stretching exercises to keep my muscles loose and relaxed.
I'm definitely not afraid to push my body to its limits and enjoy the challenge of getting stronger and faster every day. Working out naked helps me stay focused and comfortable, and it's just an added bonus that it's so much fun!
